Dental Emergencies

We will always see emergencies as quickly as possible. Dental emergencies are defined as bleeding, pain or infection, as well as a cosmetic embarrassment. Existing patients are given the highest priority, then their referrals, and then those people we have not yet met. We try not to let emergencies interfere with existing appointments by reserving “emergency time” into the schedule each day.

Our patients who have completed treatment rarely have emergencies, as we have restored their mouth to a level of health that keeps the likelihood of surprises to a minimum. This is one of the real benefits of our complete exam and treatment: your dentistry becomes predictable to a great degree and the discomfort and hassle of a dental emergency becomes basically a thing of the past.
